Job coaches are individuals who specialize in assisting those with disabilities to learn and accurately carry out job duties. Job coaches provide one-on-one training tailored to the needs of the employee. The Foundation provides scholarships for students who are interested in the engineering, construction, and transportation industries, who need financial support, tutoring, or employment support to succeed in preparing for competitive employment.This scholarship is awarded to a student who has a documented disability and needs job skills training, job coaching, and employment support.May qualify in addition to job coaching from vocational rehabilitation services/best buddies jobs.For more information or to apply, please visit the scholarship provider's website.
