Ruth Regina Halcli Memorial Scholarship

Ruth was born on Sept. 16, 1920 to Arthur and Lydia Marcoux. She was one of four children. Ruth lived in Saginaw all her life and was employed by Lufkin Rule Company for many years. She was married to Joseph Halcli until 1969. The Ruth Regina Halcli Memorial Scholarship is offered to encourage the giving of oneself back to the Saginaw Community.
