Robert Sherman Fine Art Scholarship

The Robert Sherman Fine Art Scholarship was established to foster the study of art and advance the development of artists in keeping with the mission of the Glenview Art League. It is for a high school senior planning to pursue a college degree in a visual art. Students will be judged without bias or prejudice based on their application, the quality of their work, and letters of recommendation. It is a one-time scholarship of $1,000, which will be given directly to the student to use at their discretion towards the cost of college. Applicants must meet the following requirements: -Be a graduating senior currently enrolled in high school-Be planning to major in a visual art in college-Submit two letters of recommendation, at least one from an art teacher-Submit a CD or flash drive with at least 10 images of their work-Submit proof of college acceptance as a visual arts major for the upcoming fall semester-Reside in Glenview attending any high school or be a student in District 225For further details and how to apply, please visit the provider's website.
