Robert R. Robinson Scholarship

The Michigan Townships Association administers a scholarship fund established in memory of Robert R. Robinson, former executive director of the association. The purpose of the scholarship fund is to help students in Michigan who are preparing for a career in public administration. The scholarship is awarded on a competitive basis, as determined by the applicant's academic achievement, community involvement, and commitment to a career in local government administration. Eligibility Requirements:-Scholarship recipients are selected from nominees submitted by a Michigan township board that is a member in good standing of the Michigan Townships Association-Scholarship applicants must be juniors, seniors, or graduate students enrolled in a Michigan college or university pursuing a degree in public administration and must be considering a career in local government administration-The scholarship is awarded on a competitive basis, as determined by the applicant's academic achievement, community involvement, and commitment to a career in local government administrationFor more information or to apply, please visit the scholarship provider's website.
