The Robert E. and Martin H. Stark Scholarship was established in 2003 to further educational opportunity and the general well-being of the Saginaw area. Robert E. Stark was a native of Saginaw and graduated from Arthur Hill High School in 1937. Martin H. Stark, also a Saginaw native, graduated from Arthur Hill High School in 1941.
Eligibility:-Minimum 2.5 GPA-Graduating senior or enrolled college student-Saginaw County resident-Pursuing a bachelors degree-Attending a Michigan college or university-Majoring in business or mechanical engineering-Must demonstrate full-time enrollmentFor more information or to apply, please visit the scholarship provider's website.
