Ray Fowler/Armstrong Family Scholarship

The Armstrong family (Randall, Dwight and Jeff) sponsors this scholarship in honor of Ray Fowler, their FFA Advisor, and in memory of their mother, Joan, for her support, encouragement and love. Eligibility: -Pursuing a four-year degree in any area of agriculture with a preference in agricultural education oranimal science-Applicant must be a member of Lyon County Chapter, Eddyville, Ky., and plan to attend Murray State University, Western Kentucky State University or the University of Kentucky.
