MSU Moorhead Second Start Student Scholarship

The Second Start Scholarships are made possible by donations made to the MSU Moorhead Foundation by alumni and friends of the University. The scholarship recognizes outstanding academic achievement, as well as contributions to the campus and community through leadership and active participation in events and organizations. The scholarship recognizes outstanding academic achievement, as well as contributions to the campus and community through leadership and active participation in events and organizations and is awarded to newly admitted undergraduate students who meet the following criteria:-Applicant must be a U.S. citizen, seeking their first undergraduate degree-Applicant must be 25 years of age or older-Applicant must plan to be enrolled for a minimum of 8 credit hours per semester at MSUM-Applicant must not have attended an institution of higher education as a full-time student within the last three yearsApplicants must submit a 200-300 word typed essay on "What prompted you to seek a college education"? and "Other than attaining career goals, how will a university education make a difference to you personally"?For more information or to apply, please visit the scholarship provider's website.
