Mitchell/Tufts Scholarship

The Dallas Foundation manages a number of scholarships for students with diverse interests. The Mitchell/Tufts Foundation Scholarship was established at The Dallas Foundation in 2014. Preference is given to:-Members or persons active in the life of the First Presbyterian Church, Richardson Texas, or Westminister Presbyterian Church, Los Angeles California.-A Student of Promise: A Student of Promise may not be a 4.0 student, star athlete, or the most well-known student on campus, but considering some of the events in their lives, they are doing a tremendous job keeping a "C" average and maintaining a good attendance record.-A Middle-Class Student: A middle-class student may come from a family with incomes too high to qualify for existing financial aid programs, but still unable to afford the fees without relying heavily on student loans.
