Mildred Culbert Kelly and Fred W. Kelly never had children, but they were generous with contributions of time and talent to church and community groups that focused on youngsters. Mildred Culbert Kelly and Fred W. Kelly's legacy continues to assist youth with scholarships for students who might not otherwise obtain a college or vocational degree.
