A proud alumna of Buffalo State College and the Educational Opportunity Program, Ms. Ferraro graduated from Buffalo State in 1991 with a BA in English and a BS in Social Work and six years later completed her MS in student personnel administration. Ms. Ferraro credits her academic and professional success to the support of her family and the encouragement and guidance provided by the Educational Opportunity Program staff. As a Senior Academic Advisor at Buffalo State, Ms. Ferraro works to give the same support and encouragement to students at Buffalo State so they can achieve the same success.
