Lycoming College Theater Scholarships
Students planning to pursue a major or a minor in theatre are encouraged to audition with faculty from the Theatre Department.
There are three categories:-Acting: perform two contrasting monologues (about three minutes in length total); bring a resume or a list of production experiences, and come ready to discuss your interests and goals-Directing: bring a resume or a list of production experiences, including production photos and programs and come ready to discuss your interests and goals-Design/Technical Theatre: bring a resume or a list of production experiences; include examples of creative work, and come ready to discuss your interests and goalsScholarship recipients must declare a major or minor in theatre during the first semester of enrollment at Lycoming College and meet specific requirements set forth by the Theatre Department. Requirements will be discussed during the Talent Scholarship Audition/Interview. Auditions and portfolio reviews are scheduled during open houses and throughout the academic year.
