Lycoming College Music Scholarships

Music Scholarship: -Interest in vocal or instrumental music & intent to perform-Perform two contrasting pieces (audition required)-Vocalists need at least one classical piece. If you choose two pieces of classical repertoire, then one in a foreign language and one in English is preferred. No more than one popular piece can be included-Instrumentalists will need technical/lyrical; fast/slow; two contrasting movements of the same larger work are fine (i.e. two movements from a sonata or a suite)-All musicians will be asked to sight read-Instrumentalists should be prepared to perform scales-Contact the Office of Admission for available audition datesAuditions and portfolio reviews are scheduled during open houses and throughout the academic year.
