Lapiz Family Scholarship

Members of the Lapiz family established the Lapiz Family Scholarship in honor of their farm-worker parents, Apolonio and Arcadia Lapiz, and to support students with farm-working backgrounds pursuing a college education at the University of California. The Lapiz Family Scholarship will award one scholarship. Eligibility:-Be an incoming freshman or current, full-time undergraduate at a campus of the University of California in the upcoming school year-Preference will be given to students attending/enrolled at UC Davis & UC Santa Cruz -Farm worker or child of a farm or migrant worker-Any racial or ethnic background-Minimum 3.0 GPA-Demonstrate financial need -Be a citizen or permanent resident of the U.S. For more information or to apply, please visit the scholarship provider's website.
