The Teacher Scholarship Program provides financial aid to Kentucky students pursuing initial teacher certification at participating Kentucky colleges. Recipients must provide qualified teaching service at a school certified by the Kentucky Department of Education.
Student must:-Be a U.S. citizen-Be a Kentucky resident-Be admitted into a teacher education program at a participating school-Be enrolled full-time unless enrolled for the final term of a teacher certification program and less than full-time enrollment is required to complete the program-Demonstrate financial need-Meet school's satisfactory academic progress requirements-Teach one semester in Kentucky for each semester the scholarship is received-Repay the scholarship plus interest if does not complete program and service requirementFor more information or to apply, please visit the scholarship provider's website.
