John Stroger Memorial Scholarship

As a non-profit association that provides services to county government, the Illinois Counties Association (ICA) is committed to promoting and advancing education and the future of Illinois' youth. ICA will be awarding academic scholarships throughout the State of Illinois to students wishing to pursue higher education during the upcoming academic year. Applicants must meet the following criteria:-Be a U.S. citizen and resident of the State of Illinois-Be enrolled full-time (minimum 12 credit hours) at an accredited 4-year college or university-Must continue the entire academic year without interruption-Have a cumulative grade point average of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale-Applicants may only submit one application per yearFor more information or to apply, please visit the scholarship provider's website.
