ICA Scholarships

As a non-profit association that provides services to county government, the Illinois Counties Association (ICA) is committed to promoting and advancing education and the future of Illinois' youth. Eligibility:-Must be a U.S. citizen and an Illinois state resident -Must be enrolled full-time (minimum 12 credit hours) at an accredited four-year college or university-Must continue the entire academic year without interruption-Must have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher-Applicants many only submit one application per yearFor more information or to apply, please visit the scholarship provider's website.
