Garr M. Jones Scholarship

The Garr M. Jones Scholarship is awarded in recognition of Garr Jones, a BC employee for his entire 50+ year career and an international authority on hydraulics, pump station and treatment facility design. In recognition of Garr M. Jones' many contributions to the environmental profession, Brown and Caldwell offers a scholarship for University of Washington students pursuing education and careers within the environmental engineering field and with a specific interest in drinking water and wastewater hydraulics, conveyance, treatment, process control, energy recovery, or nutrient recovery. Criteria:-U.S. citizen or permanent U.S. resident-Be a full-time University of Washington student enrolled in his/her Junior or Senior year or graduate program-Declared major in civil or environmental engineering-Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale (or equivalent on a 5.0 scale)For more information or to apply, please visit the scholarship provider's website.
