Family Fellowship Program

The main objective of our Family Fellowship program is to offer family-like financial and emotional support to college-bound "aging out" foster youth. As part of our family initiative, we will also be a support system for our Fellows and provide things such as mentoring, care packages, summer bonding trips, and more. In addition to the above mentioned, we will also offer the following financial support for up to five years:-Tuition support -Textbook -Housing allowance-School supplies -Laptop or musical instrument -Dorm supplies-Academic assistance/tutoringFor our Family Fellowship program, Together We Rise is seeking Fifteen aging out foster youth between theages of 17-23 years old.For more information or to apply, please visit the scholarship provider's website.
