Ernestine Matthews Trust Scholarship Award

Scholarship awards will be granted only to applicants from the District of Columbia, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Virginia and West Virginia. Scholarship must be used to defray the cost of tuition, books and/or room and board. Applicants must rank in the upper third of their high school class, show proof of financial aid and sign a statement that he/she will not us tobacco or alcohol while receiving money from the Trust.
