EMU Presidential Scholarship

The EMU Presidential Scholarship is only available to incoming freshmen who have competed in the Presidential Scholarship Competition. Students must complete an EMU Admission Application as well as a separate application for the Competition. These applications are available at high schools beginning each September.This is a four-year award that pays 30 credit hours per year (15 per semester) of in-state tuition, housing, food allowance and mandatory fees. Awards are based on a competitive exam. To compete, high school seniors must have a minimum 3.5 cumulative GPA with a minimum 25 ACT or 1150 SAT. For more information, visit EMU's website.
