Dr. Foster B. Gibbs Scholarship

The Dr. Foster B. Gibbs Scholarship is designed to recognize a young man or woman who has taken full advantage of the educational opportunities offered by the City of Saginaw school district. Eligibility:- Minimum 2.5 GPA- Graduating senior from Arthur Hill High School or Saginaw High School- Must have identified and be in the process of completing a senior year program of studies that will fulfill all graduation requirements, including the completion of a shared-time course of studies at either the Saginaw Career Complex or the Saginaw Arts and Sciences Academy- Full-time enrollment- Attending a Michigan college/universityFor more information or to apply, please visit the scholarship provider's website.
