This scholarship was established by members of the CSUB staff, faculty, and interested persons from the community to honor the memory of Dr. Ernest Williams, Jr. Scholarships are awarded annually to CSUB students enrolled full-time, who demonstrate academic (minimum 3.0 GPA) and leadership potential, and a commitment to the advancement and educational opportunity of all people without regard to cultural or ethnic background.
