Altrusa Club of Dayton - Ruth Richardson Scholarship

Altrusa International is a community service organization with a focus on literacy and other local needs. Ruth F. Richardson was the founder of the Dayton-Montgomery County Scholarship Program and a member of Altrusa International. The name of the scholarship was changed to honor her memory following her death in 2012. Selection Criteria:-GPA of 3.5 or higher-Senior graduating from a participating Montgomery County high school and a resident of Montgomery County-Plan to attend an accredited college or university on a full-time basis-Demonstrate financial need-List of honors for scholastic achievements, awards, and co-curricular activities (athletics, debate, dramatics, music, etc.)The Altrusa Club of Dayton-Ruth Richardson Scholarship is managed by the Dayton Montgomery County Scholarship Program. Applications must be picked up and submitted through your high school guidance counselor.
