The Second-Year Scholarship Program is for current undergraduate students who plan and qualify to enroll as second-year students (sophomores) in full-time undergraduate study at an accredited four-year college or university in fall of the upcoming academic year. Applicants must have financial need, be a current full-time undergraduate student at an accredited 4-year college/university, and be a citizen of the United States.
