UMD is such a beautiful college campus. Bagley Nature Center is literally right across the parking lot and is the BEST study spot! Lots of fun activities like movie nights, succulent pottings, and therapy animals. Definitely an amazing school.

Freshman · Psychology

There are endless clubs offered, and having the whole campus connected has been a positive during the snowy months. The class sizes are smaller than average, so you really get to know your professors. You can always find something to do, whether it be on campus or in the city. The classes are challenging, but rewarding. I am 5 hours away from my hometown, but I feel at home here.

Freshman · Education

My classes range from how big they are, one class is 25-30 and another is from 75-120. It gives me a broad range and I like that. I also like how many clubs UMD has and opportunities for students to meet with the teacher
