Freshman · Chemical Engineering

My favourite part of going to a specialized school like Mines is that you can have a great community of people to work with that have similar interests. It will be a lot tougher than your high school but it is definitely worth it. Classes are great and plenty of options for clubs. You have to learn to balance school and social life though.

Freshman · Chemical Engineering

I love the support that you receive from not only professors but also all the students around you. Mines tries to cultivate a sense of teamwork throughout campus and they are definitely succeeding. The teamwork and the enthusiastic students help a lot with pre-exam stress and the difficult classes at the school.
